Kingdom Building Business Milestones: Bandaar Walaaybaa Community Hub Aboriginal Corporation www.bandaar.org.au 15 years of  established, 10 years as an  active business,  the corporation is a' holy spirit lead' with my knowledge , experiences , education,  collaborating my life skills my belief's combining it to strategies a  spiritual strategy plan that was led by God steering my desires of my heart becoming 'self-sufficient'  and to break the mentality mindset of poverty and the wealthy system  which is a codependences and it's also governed by the model of the government which its foundational principles for social support  for those who are vulnerable those who  able  to work should work.  Proverbs 14:23 "All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty", looking back through the bible history it high lighting the value of diligent workers from Abraham, Noah, Joshua to Moses they all worked labor 2 Timothy 2:6 " It is the hard-working farmer who ought to have the first share of the crops."" A metaphor honoring the gift, patience, and direct reward of physical Laboure. Proverbs 10:22 ' bring wealth without painful toil for it' and living a balance life brings peace, joy and health to every area of your life.

Main goals: Empower our communities to break the cycles of a poverty mindset. The word of God says a poverty minds it is viewed as a heart and belief issue rather than just a financial statue. God's word condemns the spirit of scarcity, fear victimhood. Instead, God empowers you to rise above it: The word reminds us believers to shift their focus from limitation to divine empowerment Deuteronomy 8:18. "But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today,'

Background Previous employments worked in high demands roles from NDIS clients residential homes /case management and overseeing residential care, Aged Care facilities residential and community, Coordinating roles, Management roles, Community services, Advocacy and many other roles.

Goals Bandaar Walaaybaa  its establishment and provision have been ongoing for over 10 years, fostering and collaboration with state, federal level governments it as open doors and windows to many opportunities, In the pipeline, 2026 new Invitations to work with some of the biggest Global networks and Global leaders across abroad PICSA Pacific Islands Council of South Australia Palm Scheme NEC. We have awesome team's working within, Peter Irvine CEO at Kingdom Momentum Ltd is a passion to see pastors, churches, leaders and Christian businesspeople come alive to their full purpose and potential in life. This has been very helpful and supportive. 

'Bandaar is our totem of the Kangaroo and Walaaybaa means in Kamilaroi language translates to home, place. it combines the root word walaay (meaning 'camp' or home)

Aiming Bandaar Walaaybaa aim is to empower our First Nation communities to be self sufficient and self control of your own destiny in communities through the word of God and aslo practical tool's to fulfill its full purpose within the Church. 

We are ambassadors for Christ Jesus to influence be proactive in the kingdom of God to make a difference in our communities by using the system for our benefit. FNP know that the systems are broken, we have broken hearts and broken families in communities that have been demished for long time .

We as a church the body of christ can make changes we hold the keys 🔑 to our own destinies, utilising the knowledge it also aligns with our belief and focus as Spiritual leaders and guidance making a Pathway for the generation to foster sustainable well-being.

FNP carry cultural knowledge,  cultural history,  cultural heritage values and stories for many thousands of years and this knowledge needs to be aligned with a Kingdom mindset.
